  一、動(dòng)詞

  主謂一致

  1. 含義：

  主語(yǔ)和謂語(yǔ)的單復(fù)數(shù)一致，比如主語(yǔ)是復(fù)數(shù)，謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞必須是復(fù)數(shù)，要保持一致。

  例如：Students are taking the test right now.

  2. 用法：

  (1) N1 介詞 N2 動(dòng)詞

  (2) N1 后置定語(yǔ) 動(dòng)詞

  (3) N1，插入語(yǔ)，動(dòng)詞

  (1) N1 介詞 N2 動(dòng)詞

  a) 定義：

  i. N2受到介詞的限制，是 N1的修飾語(yǔ)，N1是句子的主語(yǔ);

  ii. 介詞：of, among, on, in, at, with, by, for, at

  b) 例句

  例句1：The friends of Tom are from America.

  解釋?zhuān)篢om受到of的限制，意思為T(mén)om的，修飾主語(yǔ)friends，所以謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞是復(fù)數(shù)are。

  例句2：Tom among all his classmates is good at math.

  解釋?zhuān)篴ll his classmates受到among的限制，意思為在他所有的同學(xué)之中，修飾主語(yǔ)Tom，所以謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞是單數(shù)。

  c) 真題檢測(cè)

  (2017-05NA-Q43) Examination of fulgurites around buried power systems help scientists determine the most effective shielding materials for power lines.

  A. NO CHANGE

  B. have helped

  C. are helping

  D. is helping

  解析：fulgurites around buried power systems為examination的修飾語(yǔ)，主語(yǔ)為examination單數(shù)，所以排除A/B/C選項(xiàng)，只有D是單數(shù)，所以選D。

  注：2017-05NA-Q43為2017年5月北美真題43題。

  (2) N1 后置定語(yǔ) 動(dòng)詞

  a) 定義

  后置定語(yǔ)修飾N1，所以謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞的單復(fù)數(shù)還是由N1決定。

  b) 例句

  例句1: Tom carried all his books studies in the library now.

  解析：carried all his books修飾主語(yǔ)Tom, 所以謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞是單數(shù)studies。

  c) 真題檢測(cè)

  (2017-05AS-Q11) The best way to address these concerns about accuracy and privacy are not to avoid adopting electronic health record systems but rather to implement them effectively.

  A. NO CHANGE

  B. have been

  C. had been

  D. is

  解析：to address these concerns about accuracy and privacy為the best way的修飾語(yǔ)，主語(yǔ)為the best way，是單數(shù)，所以排除A/B/C，D是單數(shù)is，所以選D。

  注：2017-05AS-Q11為2017年5月亞太真題11題。

  (3) N1，插入語(yǔ)，動(dòng)詞

  a) 定義

  插入語(yǔ)修飾N1，所以謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞的單復(fù)數(shù)還是由N1決定。

  b) 例句

  例句1: Tom, a handsome guy, studies SAT.

  解析：a handsome guy修飾主語(yǔ)Tom, 所以謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞是單數(shù)studies。

  c) 真題檢測(cè)

  (2017-10AS-Q35) Any New York City construction project, using municipal funds,

  are required to consider whether historical artifacts will be affected during construction

  A. NO CHANGE

  B. have been

  C. is

  D. were

  解析：using municipal funds為Any New York City construction project的插入語(yǔ)，不影響動(dòng)詞單復(fù)數(shù)的判斷，主語(yǔ)為Any New York City construction project，是單數(shù)，所以排除A/B/D，所以選C。
