一、 AP經濟學簡介

  經濟學是一門適用于各個專業的應用基礎課程，并且是商科的專業基礎課。AP經濟學分為AP微觀經濟學和AP宏觀經濟學兩個科目，其課程設置是按照美國大學一年級經濟學公共課水平設計的，主要闡述經濟學基本概念，沒有復雜的數學推理，學習難度不大，是中國學生最擅長的考試科目之一。AP成績一般大學3分及以上就可折抵學分(各學校有轉換學分的具體規定)。

  二、 AP宏微觀經濟學課程異同

  AP微觀經濟學課程的設置是為了使學生了解經濟學原理，主要是站在生產者、消費者的角度研究問題。課程涵蓋了微觀經濟中的生產者理論、消費者理論、市場結構、以及公共物品等相關理論。課程設置中著重包括了產品市場的實質與作用，要素市場理論以及政府在促進市場有效及公平上所扮演的角色。

  AP宏觀經濟學課程的設置目的主要是幫助學生深入了解用于研究經濟體制整體的經濟學原理。通過AP宏觀經濟學的學習，學生將徹底了解如何運用經濟學原理分析一個經濟體。課程設置中著重包括了國家收入、物價水平的決定因素、常用的宏觀經濟指標、財政政策、貨幣政策、經濟增長理論。該課程特別注重國民收入和價格水平的確定等內容，同時，也能幫助學生更熟悉經濟績效評估指標、財政部門、穩定政策、經濟增長和國際經濟學等內容。

  AP宏觀經濟學與微觀經濟學重合的部分主要有絕對優勢和相對優勢、機會成本、邊際、稀缺性、供給與需求、彈性等。如果考生同時考AP宏觀和微觀經濟學，則重合部分一起復習即可，重合部分的出題模式在兩份試卷中大體相同。

  三、 AP經濟學考試結構與分數計算

  AP微觀經濟學以及宏觀經濟學均分為選擇題以及簡答題兩個部分，考試各需要兩個小時十分鐘。選擇題總共為60道，時間為70分鐘，分數占比為2/3;簡答題3道，時間為60分鐘，分數占比為1/3，卷面分數為90分。
